    doesn’t matter how, what, when or why but movement is something that
    gives us energy and makes everything else we do sustainable. It is more
    than exercise, healthy living, or even weight management–it is a space
    in the day to process, create and be.
    Any form you can think of, that’s what we mean. Self. Nature. Others. Planet. Community. Partner.
    At the end of every day we look at each other and mutter the words, “It’s going too fast!” Life that is.
    So, let’s adventure, pursue our passions, travel, learn or whatever else we come up with.
